The Dead Sea Scrolls
Please join us for a three-week series to learn about and discuss the Dead Sea Scrolls. The scrolls contain not only our oldest copies of the Bible but Jewish texts that provide an unprecedented view of Jewish history, culture, and religion from before and during the time of Jesus. The series will include lectures from the Great Courses, followed by group discussion. It will meet Monday evenings, April 15, 22, and 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please join us.
